Antica Magnolia offers a refined and relaxing stay, away from the bustle of the city. An exclusive place ten minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Versilia. Garden and parking reserved exclusively for guests with an ancient spring water sink where you can freshen up and swim. The villa has been completely renovated this winter allowing for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Antica Magnolia is part of the main residence "Il Frantoio", an ancient olive mill, completely independent from it, with parking and garden exclusively reserved for guests.
The Villa is enchanting, particularly fascinating and suggestive thanks to the typical and original style of the interiors: a prestigious hall in classic Tuscan style, with chestnut wood beams, original and refined furnishings, with period furniture, terracotta floors.
Three marvelous and comfortable bedrooms, two of which with private bathroom: one double with bathroom, a second intimate double bedroom (without bathroom) and a third room with two large single beds and bathroom. All the rooms have windows with splendid views over the garden (all windows have mosquito nets) and over the outside and are finished with particular care and taste. The kitchen is in traditional Italian style, one part in masonry with ceramic tiles decorated in beautiful colours.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden, with attention to every detail, old trees give charm to the location. One of the peculiarities is an ancient washhouse with pure spring water -65cm deep-, just below the entrance to the villa, here it is possible to take a bath and cool off on hot summer days, all guests love this possibility; the area is bordered by a fence and gate for the safety of children and pets. In the barbeque garden, a large gazebo with outdoor lounge, deck chairs for sunbathing, a terrace with table, chairs and umbrella, suitable for lunches and dinners. The garden is for the exclusive use of guests.
There is no air conditioning, but the structure has absolutely no need for it, the rooms are very cool and the mosquito nets allow you to sleep with the windows open thanks also to the fact that the area is far from noise and confusion.

Guests will have access to this entire part of the villa, to the front terrace and to the whole garden, the gazebo and the wash house.
Reserved internal parking with automatic gate.


It is possible to bring pets, the garden is completely fenced, care must be taken that they do not make holes, clean up their needs and prevent them from bathing in the puddles of the old washhouse.
Heating on request for a fee of €15/day to be paid at check-in.

The Villa is located in the municipality of Camaiore in a peaceful countryside area ten minutes from the sea. The beaches can be easily reached by car in ten minutes (7km), the closest areas are La Terrazza della Repubblica in Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore.
Nearby the city centers of Camaiore, Pietrasanta, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi reachable in less than 15 minutes. The area has many services: supermarkets, shops, pizzerias, restaurants; it is possible to organize naturalistic itineraries in the nearby Apuan Alps, Lake Massaciuccoli, Migliarino San Rossore Park. In the port of Viareggio there are many boats for hire, the possibility of visiting the Cinque Terre with a comfortable boat
By car or train from Viareggio, you can visit important cities of art such as Pisa (35 minutes), Lucca (30 minutes), Florence (1 hour).
It is possible to organize naturalistic itineraries in the nearby Apuan Alps, Lake Massaciuccoli, Migliarino San Rossore Park. Via Francigena km 2; Camaiore and Moneta Monte trails for horse riding and mountain biking.
