Splendid and particular location in which to stay during your beach holidays in Tuscany. Apartment in historic villa with terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy aperitifs at sunset; a wonderful garden surrounds the entire villa, well-kept and clean spaces.
It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with two bathrooms and large, bright rooms. A well-stocked eat-in kitchen.

Villa Maria is a splendid and typical example of architecture from the early 1900s. The apartment is located in the right wing of the building on the first floor; it is accessed from the gate crossing a wisteria loggia which in spring shows off all its beauty and the scent of flowers; you enter through the large wooden door in the main entrance of the villa and reach apartment no. 1 via two flights of stairs (no lift).
Entering from the private and independent entrance, on the right we find the first bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom; opposite the second bedroom with two single beds (all of which can be transformed into double beds if necessary); going out into the corridor the third bedroom with double bed.
The corridor then leads to a second bathroom, very large with bathtub.
Subsequently we find the hallway and a large eat-in kitchen, very welcoming with warm and pleasant colors: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, etc.
Leaving the kitchen you go towards the large living room, a very pleasant and comfortable space with fantastic light: dining table, sofa, TV, WIFI; from this room you access the terrace (half of the large terrace is in use by guests) furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs; from here you can admire a stretch of sea right in front of the villa.
The whole house is surrounded by a huge garden which guests can access peacefully (but it is not equipped for eating) always respecting the other tenants - if present in the villa -. Large pine trees frame the views, giving typical shots of the coastal area of ​​Tuscany.

Upon reservation it is possible to request a bicycle rental service, which will be brought directly to the house.

Marina di Massa is a highly sought after location for tourism, both for the splendid beaches and for nature and culture lovers. The house is located 200m from the sea, in a quiet neighborhood, consisting of holiday homes and residential apartments. The area is very quiet and peaceful, but surrounded by important and very useful connections for getting around by car and bicycle. Close to home many shops and restaurants.
It is possible to go on walking or cycling trips along the Frigido river, or organize trekking days in the Apuan Alps. HoLive also offers a booking service for activities in the area.

You can easily forget about the car and always travel by bicycle or on foot. Or quickly reach some spectacular places: Cinque Terre, Lerici and Portovenere, Lucca, Pisa, Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Viareggio) in a very short time. Motorway exit 10 minutes from the accommodation.
