It is located in Piano del Quercione, a small town at the foot of the splendid hills between Viareggio and Lucca, in the Municipality of Massarosa.
The house is reached from the main road (state road 439 which connects the whole of Versilia to Lucca) by accessing from a private driveway with automatic gate and parking the car in a private space reserved for guests (only one parking space).
Access to the apartment is completely independent from the main house on the ground floor where the owners live.
From the original living area, large and comfortable, there is a large well-stocked kitchen on the right, in front of the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the left there is access to the second mezzanine floor with a large mezzanine hallway overlooking a lovely terrace where have lunch and spend unforgettable summer evenings enjoying the coolness of the countryside; always on the mezzanine floor second bathroom and double bedroom.

The particular feature is that of being able to enjoy a countryside setting but a few km from Viareggio (6.5 km-10 minutes by car).

The surrounding area is particularly popular for nature tourism, trekking, walking, biking and the ability to quickly reach the highway that leads to all the main Tuscan cities (Lucca, Pisa, Florence), but also to easily reach the entire Versilia area of ​​the it costs.

For nature lovers there are many paths not far from the apartment that allow you to visit the particular environment of the beautiful Lake Massaciuccoli. The Via degli Olivi, the Sentiero della Pieve, the cycle path of the Lotus Flowers (one of the largest crops in Italy) can be traveled on foot and by bicycle; you walk through swampy parts crossing the stretches of water with raised walkways in eco-friendly materials. Also important for Bird Watching enthusiasts is the LIPU Natural Oasis, where it is possible to organize canoe trips with spectacular views.
