Il Rosmarino is cozy independent little house with a romantic flavor and relaxing and warm colors that recall the Tuscan countryside and ancient traditions. It is located a few steps from the historic center of the splendid town of Pietrasanta, in a private road closed to traffic, quiet and bright. The owners have been able to give this environment a soft and very pleasant style, wanting to share a truly particular and characteristic space with you.

Il Rosmarino: two beautiful bedrooms, one double where you will find a large wardrobe and great comfort; and a bedroom with two single beds (the second foldaway), a space in which an area for working or studying has been created by hand in the bookcase. The living room is a small open space with eat-in kitchen and living room, the spaces have been designed and built with custom-made furniture by the owner, this gives originality and creativity to the whole house.
A nice bathroom with shower and washer-dryer completes the house.
Outside there is a small, well-kept courtyard with a table and chairs where you can have breakfast or enjoy excellent aperitifs.
The house is accessed via a private road where you can arrive by car to unload your luggage and shopping and then park in the nearby public space for free. It is also possible to have a bicycle space which can be rented.

It is important to move the car after unloading groceries and/or luggage.
