The apartment is completely independent from the main house, where the owner lives; exclusive use of the swimming pool during certain days and in certain time slots (see rules and conditions).

Consisting of two bedrooms for a total of 5+1 beds (a sofa bed is available in the dining area upon request): a large bedroom with two single beds and a beautiful double room with a single; two bathrooms with shower, a bright and spacious dining area.
All the furniture is new as the renovation of the property was recently completed, the house has been treated with attention to detail.
The terrace is set up with a barbecue, large table for summer dinners and outdoor furniture. From here you can admire splendid sunsets while enjoying a fresh aperitif!

Swimming pool: Franca gives the apartment guests the opportunity to use the swimming pool exclusively between 9.00 and 12.30 from Monday to Friday. You can make arrangements with Franca directly during your stay, because the use of the swimming pool is often also available at other times and on other days.
Parking on request it is possible to park inside the main residence; otherwise free parking on the street.

Children must always be under the strict supervision of their parents when using the swimming pool.
