Beautiful detached house on the ground floor, with large spaces both internally and externally. With soft and relaxing colors, it can accommodate up to 6 guests (adding the 6th bed on request). It is accessed from the garden in front of the house where there is a small and graceful porch with wicker outdoor furniture; you enter directly into the living area with a large room with sofas and TV. From the hall you can access the sleeping area and the really nice kitchen, well stocked with accessories and very convenient for cooking and eating.
The sleeping area consists of: 2 large double bedrooms, bright, with large wardrobes and well furnished; a bedroom with a single bed and the possibility of an extra bed and a nice bathroom in light colors.
The house is equipped with sheets and towels for each guest.
It is fully air conditioned; we ask our kind guests to be careful in the use of air conditioners avoiding waste (windows and doors open with air conditioners on and turning on the system for many hours in the absence of someone at home). Any excessive consumption could be charged.
On the back a splendid garden with many plants and a beautiful pergola under which to eat and spend extraordinary summer evenings in the cool.

Casa Albicocca is located in Lido di Camaiore 400 meters from the sea. It is possible to reach both the beach and all the nearby services and shops on foot.
In a quiet and peaceful peak, far from the chaos but very close to one of the most popular streets of the city for the convenience and the presence of many activities and clubs.
Near the villa there are shops of many kinds, bicycle rental, restaurants and above all the beach, reachable on foot in 5 minutes.
