IL MELOGRANO is the manor house of the ancient Casale Belvedere, it is centrally located, with a spectacular view of the Versilia coast, the sea and the Tuscan archipelago with its splendid islands. It is accessed from the main gate and via the driveway that crosses the front garden, you arrive at the front door. The internal environment is beautiful, very bright with panoramic views of the coast, well-finished furnishings in a shabby chic style; it has two double bedrooms with sea view (one with an additional single bed), two double bedrooms (which can also be configured as doubles) and two large bathrooms; perfect for comfortably accommodating up to 9 people.
Living area: living room with access to the exclusive garden, a large equipped kitchen with second dining table and breakfast area.
Outside: an area shared with the other apartments: splendid recently built swimming pool with space assigned and reserved for the Melograno, large wooded park with relaxation areas, ping-pong table, games for children. And an area reserved only for the Pomegranate with an area for eating, relaxing and a barbecue.

Staying at Casale Belvedere is a leap in time: a historic building with incredible charm, originally dating back to the 12th century AD. but recently renovated, several properties have been created, 3 dedicated to hosting tourists: L'Ulivo, with the original "Stanza dei Cavalieri" and La Terrazza, which will surprise you with its two terraces with a breathtaking view of the coast and the islands of the 'Tuscan archipelago; the third, the manor house called "Il Melograno", with light and restful tones; all three have reserved outdoor spaces. The Casale Belvedere is surrounded by a large park with common areas and a splendid newly built swimming pool, terraces of centuries-old olive trees and a spectacular panorama. If you are looking for a large room, with different housing solutions, you can ask to book the WHOLE BELVEDERE FARMHOUSE in full and have all three properties reserved (melograno, Ulivo and La Terrazza).

The house is located in a unique context, in the village of Pieve a Elici, a few tens of meters from the stupendous Romanesque parish church of San Pantaleone which has watched over the plain below since the 11th century.
From the house and the park you can enjoy incomparable panoramas: the entire coast that goes from Livorno to Forte dei Marmi and on clear days the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago; the romantic lake of Massaciuccoli, a favorite place of the maestro Giacomo Puccini who composed his most famous works on its shores; but it is also possible to admire the unique panorama of the peaks of the Apuan Alps.

The square in front of the church offers ample free parking.

Pieve a Elici is a small town located in a very suggestive place.
Within a 10-minute walk there are a mini market, an excellent restaurant and a bar.
