Welcome to your ideal retreat in Viareggio! This spacious apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern building, offering two bedrooms furnished with simplicity and elegance, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Recently completely renovated, with fixtures that completely insulate from any noise and heat or cold. Once you arrive you will enjoy total relaxation.

The apartment is easily accessible thanks to two elevators, ensuring convenience and practicality during your stay even for families with children and perosne with poor walking.

You will immerse yourself in a cozy environment, where blue tones blend harmoniously with warm hues, creating an inviting atmosphere. Wood floors and colorful ceramics not only add charm, but also make the spaces original and pleasant.

Master bedroom with a double bed + 1 ottoman that can convert to a single bed; second bedroom with a queen (one and a half square) bed. The house comfortably accommodates 4 people and on request -in the presence of children or teenagers- up to 5 (remember that in this case the reservation must be made for 5 by requesting the extra bed and extra linen that will have to be paid separately).

In the kitchen there are many appliances, induction hob and everything needed for cooking.

someone will personally welcome you from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Late chek-in starts from 7 p.m. at a cost of €25. It is not possible to check in after 8 pm.

The house is located in the central district of the City, from here everything is within easy walking distance: sea in 15 minutes, pine forest in 5 minutes, station in 3 minutes, free parking 5 minutes.

ONLINE CHECK-IN on Holive portal: all guests will be asked to provide in advance their personal data and an identity document; the verification of these data must be further verified “de visu” within 24 hours after entering the facility, as provided by art. 109 of the TULPS, through one's own employee/delegate or at the guests' visit to the agency. In accordance with the requirements of the Italian regulations:Art. 109 TULPS, Art. 12 of Decree-Law No. 59 of 1978, Art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 286 of 1998 and Art. 193 of Royal Decree No. 635 of 1940 (Communication of guests' data to the Police Headquarters), Art. 84 bis Regional Law No. 86/2016 “Single text of the regional tourism system” which provides for a “Communication for statistical purposes” (Communication of data to the Region) and Art. 70 Regional Law No. 86/2016 “Single text of the regional tourism system” (Communication to the Municipality). 2) In the online check-in guests are required to sign a lease agreement (Article 1 paragraph 4 Law 431/98) mandatory to stay in a tourist rental house.
-Heating: starting in November it is possible to turn it on as the Tuscany Region has established (it cannot be turned on earlier and must be paid for separately is not included).
-Don't leave dirty dishes, rather leave the dishwasher loaded and started at check-out so that the dishes and glasses can be washed before you check out again; you may be charged an extra €50 cleaning fee.

-In the city there are no bins; garbage collection is organized door-to-door. 
It is essential to sort materials as directed in the house. Failure to dispose and accumulation of trash will result in a penalty of 60.00€ to 150.00€ for landfill disposal. If you are unclear about collection we are always available for more info.
