Terms and conditions
1) All guests will be required to provide their personal data and an identity document for registration on the portal AlloggiatiWeb, and on the portal of the Region of Tuscany and the Municipality, in accordance with the requirements of the Italian regulations: art. 109 TULPS, art. 12 of Decree-Law No. 59 of 1978, art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 286 of 1998 and art. 193 of Royal Decree No. 635 of 1940 (Communication of guests' data to the Police Headquarters), Art. 84 bis Regional Law No. 86/2016 “Single text of the regional tourism system” which provides for a “Communication for statistical purposes” (Communication of data to the Region) and Art. 70 Regional Law No. 86/2016 “Single text of the regional tourism system” (Communication to the Municipality).
2) Guests are required to sign a lease agreement through the guest portal in application of Italian law (Art. 1352 Civil Code).
3) Smoking inside the home and holding parties or events is prohibited. Compliance with the usual rules of good neighborliness is also required.
4) It is required of guests to comply with the rules of separate waste collection for which a calendar and instructions will be provided. Failure to do so will result in penalties ranging from 60€ to 150€.
5) Payment of the tourist tax (where provided by the municipality) is required to be made prior to arrival by bank transfer or in cash before check-out.
6) Free cancellation within 30 days of check-in, after this deadline you will pay 100% of the total reservation. To finally confirm the reservation you will receive the information to make the payment, check your email.
